Artwork is provided as a PDF in the blog post. Signs can be ordered from Signs on the Cheap. You can get 1 double-sided sign without a metal stake (reuse those political sign holders!) for $13. If you order 50, the price dramatically goes to $3 each! So order multiples with friends and spread the love!
